Extraordinary Bedrooms & Playrooms, Designed From the Story Up
Coash Designs creates one-of-a-kind children’s spaces where storytelling, architecture, and imaginative play come together.
Every project begins with your child—the worlds they imagine, the things they love, and the way they naturally play. From there, we develop an original concept designed for your room, your home, and real-world construction.
Serving Clearwater, Tampa, Belleair, Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, and surrounding Tampa Bay communities.
Now Accepting a Limited Number of Founding Projects
Founding families receive a highly collaborative design experience as Coash Designs builds its first signature collection of custom children’s spaces.
Most Designers Start With Furniture.
We Start With a Story.
A pirate ship should feel like more than a nautical bed.
A mountain hideaway should be more than a painted wall.
At Coash Designs, the story shapes the entire environment: the layout, architectural features, hidden details, movement through the room, lighting, storage, and places to read, climb, create, or disappear into an adventure.
The result is not a room decorated around a theme. It is a world designed around the child.
See Where Imagination Can Go
Every Coash Designs project begins with an original concept. These design studies show how a simple idea can grow into a complete, immersive environment.
Concept artwork represents creative possibilities. Final projects are customized to the child, family, room, and approved project scope.
Custom Spaces With a Story to Tell
Children’s Bedroom Design
A bedroom can be a place to sleep, study, read, hide, dream, and feel completely at home.
Coash Designs creates custom children’s bedrooms inspired by the child’s personality and interests, then shaped around the family’s practical needs and the style of the home.
Children’s Playroom Design
Not just a room for toys—a place built for the way childhood actually unfolds.
Our custom playroom designs bring together imaginative play, movement, creativity, storage, reading, and quiet retreat within one cohesive environment.
Children’s Playhouse Design
A little world of their own.
Coash Designs creates original indoor and outdoor playhouse concepts designed around the setting, the child’s imagination, and how the structure will be used—from quiet storybook cottages to full-scale adventure spaces.
Airbnb & Vacation Rental Theme Rooms
Give families something to remember before the vacation even begins.
We create original themed-room concepts for family-focused vacation rentals, helping ordinary bedrooms become distinctive guest experiences that photograph beautifully and belong within the larger property.
Commercial Children’s Spaces
Imaginative spaces designed for real-world use.
Coash Designs develops child-centered concepts for hotels, daycares, schools, waiting rooms, and other family-facing environments, with attention to durability, flow, visibility, maintenance, and the overall guest or family experience.
Big Imagination. Grounded Design.
Original Creative Vision
Every project starts with a blank page—not a catalog, template, or standard theme package.
Professional Design Thinking
Story, scale, layout, function, materials, architectural features, and visual balance are developed as one complete environment.
Construction-Aware Concepts
Beautiful ideas only matter if they can become real. Designs are developed with practical construction, durability, safety considerations, and installation requirements in mind from the beginning.
Collaborative Experience
Parents understand the home. Children bring the spark. Coash Designs listens to both, shaping the concept through discovery, artwork, feedback, and refinement.
Completely Custom
The goal is not to repeat what has already been built. It is to create something that feels as individual as the child who will live in it.
From First Idea to Finished Space
1. Discover
We learn about the child, the room, the family’s goals, the practical requirements, and the ideas already beginning to form.
2. Imagine
Original concept artwork explores the story, mood, architectural possibilities, and defining features of the space.
3. Refine
Together, we develop the strongest direction through thoughtful feedback and design revisions.
4. Plan
The concept is translated into a more detailed design with scale, layout, materials, features, and real-world construction in mind.
5. Bring It to Life
Depending on the project scope, Coash Designs can support the transition from approved concept through construction planning, coordination, and installation.
Why I Started Coash Designs
I have always believed children deserve spaces that feel like more than rooms.
A bedroom can become a secret world. A playroom can turn an ordinary afternoon into an adventure. A small corner of a home can become the place where a child reads, creates, imagines, and feels completely free to be themselves.
My experience designing and building custom projects taught me that the best ideas need both imagination and practical thinking. A concept should be exciting on paper, but it should also make sense in the real world—within the room, the home, the construction process, and the family’s everyday life.
I created Coash Designs to bring those sides together: storytelling, design, architecture, construction, and play.
Because childhood moves quickly. The spaces that hold it should be unforgettable.
Every Extraordinary Space Begins With One Idea
A hidden cave. A cottage in the clouds.
A ship waiting to sail.
Tell us what your child loves.
We will help you imagine what it could become.
Tell Us About Your Idea
Share a little about the child, the room, and the world you would like to create.
We will follow up to discuss the project, answer initial questions, and determine whether Coash Designs is the right fit.
